Most of their customer’s can relate, as their first car may have been the same one to transport their neighborhood friends to football practice. Having a story to connect your brand to your customer/client base is key to brand endurance and customer loyalty. Everyday experiences of reliability is a story that Toyota drivers can connect with and relate to on many levels, and serves the brand well. What experience will you be able to use to connect with your customers/clients?
